Answer boards
I thought that I have finished the course but apparently I missed the Answer boards part. I tried to post a question on Yahoo Answer and found out that others already asked similar question. It is another source of information, I guess it has a big potential for libraries, most people have an access to internet this days so they can not only check our catalogue on line to see if we have the item but also comment on our services, ask Librarian, book events etc.

Social networking
I went to Chrystie Hill seminar on 4th of August and thanks to this course I was able to understand when she was taking about WebJunction.
I can see the adventage of social networks such as web conferencing, instead of meeting in Sydney or Melbourne we will meet in cyber space and listen and participate or download as a podcast to listen to it later!
I don't have a Facebook or My space but I have my profile on this Polish side when you can display photos, invite and talk to your friends from your school years, it's great I now have contact with people that I haven't talked to for 20 years.

del.icio.us
I love del.icio.us, just signed in, can't wait to start using it. I think it is great for individuals and teams. We could tag items that are relevant to all of us.Second hand booksellers sites, library info etc.
